This circle connects all Residents of Goa so they can discuss common issues, share experiences, find information/references for daily life like trusted, vendors, service providers, or how to get a particular work done in Govt Office etc. Members may also come together as needed for various causes to improve the state of Goa, organize community events and a lot more.
