Breach of trust and Fraud by Aviva Insurance
When I called and requested them after making 3 rd instalment of policy ,and payment of all my Units held by insurance in trust, they cancelled my policy.Aviva never asked for any medical examination nor they called me for medical check up.
Till date Aviva has not refunded value of my Units held by them in trust. My policy stands cancelled.
It is breach of trust as per policy I paid 3 instalments, and refusing to pay my Units value amounts to fraudulent practices used by Insurance company.Company offered verbally refund of 2 Lac but not value of Units.
Insurance company must pay my Units value in full. For fraudulent act their licence should be cancelled.A hearing should be given to company and me.
