My Complaint No.: 124925
We sold the above car through them on 18/03/2017 and they gave us the delivery note which is in our possession.
They told us that their manner of operating was through auctions and promised us that the car would be sold within 45 days and they would deliver to us the RC Copy of the buyer as well as Insurance certificate.
However a period of nearly 16 months has passed and we have not received the required documents despite making innumerable telephone calls.
They only have a helpline and their number which was 1800112233 was changed to 18002585656 and I have had innumerable conversations with their representatives and supervisors namely-Aakash, Nikhil, Vijay Kumar, Vishaka, Gaurav, Shafat, Ankita etc several times with each of them and their standard reply has been that their team is working on my request and within 24 and 48 hours they shall revert by email!
Their area office which was on Dr A B Road was shifted to Worli Naka and has shifted again with the new address has not yet been posted on their web site.
Their local manager at Dr Annie Besant road office Mr Ahmed had once emailed a document with the Aadhar Card of the buyer with his photograph which my agent said was not an RC Copy. Another time they had posted a copy of our car’s RC Copy and not the buyers!
I have pleaded with them to secure the Buyer’s RC and Insurance policy copies but they have not done so and they offer no reason for the 16 months delay except that their team is working on it and will revert in 24 to 48 hours!
It is hard to believe that a company which spends so much on advertising fails to respond to our pleadings.
