No limits on noise pollution in all cities and there is no proactive control on noise.
Everyone is annoyed due to noise pollution by vehicles these day, really not sure why RTOs don't take any action?
There are many bikes with modified silencers make noise all day and night, autos ply with broken silencers, municipal corp buses with black fumes and huge noise, power horns on vehicles, small Piggio tempos also created noise and there are bikes such as bullet are very noisy too. With continuously hearing such sounds and noises people are getting irritated and there is behavioral change tend to happen. Why RTOs can't act on this?

Also, other issue is daily there are few processions with band / dhol / banjo / DJ for something happening in cities without police approvals. This impact everyone due to noise pollution and also create unplanned traffic congestion as Traffic policemen are not deployed there because processions are most of time without approvals.

Please stop this nuisance.
