If we allow ourselves the readiness to explore our real talent (and not the one based on our job/career)...we will find that we get maximum joy, fulfilment and daring and courage, and love when we do what we are best at...our hobby or similar favorite pastime....woh kuch bhi ho sakta hai...'placing things on the shelf','making designs by old boxes','painting','singing','dancing,'acting'....'observing dresses/fashion, interested in commentary...etc.etc....you know it could be anything for which you get a passion, an enthusiasm as if falling in love feeling or being in love feeling..i can be of some use in detecting your talents...i can tell ur state of mind/thinking sense/money-mindedness, gentleness, criticism, complexes, impatience, over-ambitious,disorganized./highly organized,etc.etc...your behaviour pattern, motivation, leadership, level of artificiality, introvert/extrovert, all your personal qualities...and also whether you are comfortable with them or feel burdenened/under influence of emotions like fear, disgust, low on karuna rasa, level on adhbhuta rasa...these emotional actually decide what we choose...although we may give justifications for what we are doing... more
Mera ya manana hai Rajasir ki zindagi is not meant for bimaries, it is naturally meant to excel, to strive for better levels of performance, fulfilment and of course self-actualization. This the highest degree of human progress that we can achieve in our lifetime, whether we believe in after life or before life or not....in any case, human birth is a privilege, a once in a lifetime opportunity...kyon sir? Vaise bhi UN health ki definition yahi kehta hai...a state of positive health and not just the absence of disease. Kaise achieve karein? eK Nurse, Bronnie Ware , an Australian nurse who spent several years working in palliative care for patients in the last 12 weeks of their lives. She recorded their dying epiphanies in a blog called ‘Inspiration and Chai’, which gathered so much attention that she put her observations into a book called ‘The Top Five Regrets of the Dying’. Ware writes of the phenomenal clarity of vision that people gain at the end of their lives, and how we might learn from their wisdom. “Being true to self tops list of top five regrets of the dying” …. 1. “I wish I’d the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.” 2. “I wish I hadn’t worked so hard”. 3. “I wish I’d the courage to express my feelings”. 4. “ I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends”. 5. “I wish I’d let myself be happier”. We do not have any rights to die with any remorse on our minds...nahin, yeh nahin hoone daenge...what has age got to do with striving for fulfilling our genuine potential/talents (which are different for everybody)... once you can keep an inspirational aim to strive for..you will automatically get the courage to make the circumstances as per your most pressing need....my aspirations for the next 1.5-2 years are that i will reach state level in badminton, popularise a new game called 'floor-tennis' and become a professional dancer....this is for myself...and as for professional levels,i will create ways of healing the psychiatric patients/mentally-challenged kids...based on the 4 pillars of emotional excellence thru 1.ARTS /paintings/drawings.2.Sports/dance/adventure/acrobatics.3.Music, music and music.4.Drama based activities-live nataks-films-media... daekho, why is there problem of mind-related conditions, this is because we do not have in our social system the place for those who are imaginative-exploring their minds....actually these are the front-runners of our civilization who do not conform to the ways set up by the practical oriented people in the world...so these types of people are shut behind asylums or have to take medicines lifelong just to subdue the symptoms...real problem solving tak tau baat hi nahin jaati... more
