Sharmaji, Its a good idea & will certainly be helpfull to the community in a great extend. Some regular checks should also be done for maintanence/improvement of drainage systems specially in localities where multi-storeyed buildings are there viz. Model Town, etc as these multi storeys have created havoc in the drainage systems since they were not meant for handling such multi storeys burden since there inseption & normal residents are facing immense porblems on regular basis. Nalas are blocked permanently & increase of infections is on rise due to blocked drain waters in open Nallas. Health Deptt. employees (Incharge of the Jamadars) never listen to the residents & problem is not sorted out even after readdressing for 15 - 20 times. sir, I have seen this happening in ITO New Delhi during peak hours. Our members may discuss among themselves and may think about this idea, at least, as a trial. I think that Traffic Police department's authorization will not be a big issue. more
That is not a practical approach. If you really want to contribute just start following road rules and convince your friends and family to do so. Other way is just like vigilante courts in a civilized society no one if authorized to behave like a policeman. more
