Reliance used to charge Rs.25/ for sending the bill for post paid connection. I protested and said MTNL does not charge for sending bill. I complained to a consumer forum. Reliance stopped charging Rs.25/but started harrssing me. I surrendered my phone number. more

I got the Reliance conection in 2003 and used it fos a few yrs. Porta out facility was not there at that time. I have all the bills with me. more

Dear Mr. Amit, I am eagerly awaiting the copy of the bill indicating charging of amount for providing biil. Dear Professor, Thanks for your keen interest. I would suggest if you could send them a complaint of non-receiving of bills in hard copy. TRAI rules clearly state to provide hard copy bills. more
