the design of the toilets in the railways is to be totally changed, As per the present system the water donot flow properly and toilet doesnot get properly cleaned. the system is to be such the water should flow on all side of the toilet basin just like the ones we keep in the houses.
2. The entry to the toilet is be changed in such a way that the person places his legs directly on the places provided for the toilet. At present the individual should change his posture once he gets in to the toilet.
3. For the purpose of keeping the railway stations clean, there should be a box provided to collect the urine or the other one(I am not able to spell it,as it is not coming to my mind) ie soild one, with a lever to open it (control to be held with the driver or the guard ,once the train moves to the fields. Then it is to be opened and all the collected onces gets out. Again the lever is to be shut when the train is going to another station. Even the operation of the lever can be automatically controlled with the latest technology more  

The Premium train system must be stopped. It's unjustice with the common Indians. It shows the paralysed mind of Ministerial office. Who always plans to loot peoples & fevouring rich sectins only.Railway should think to increase reserved & General Class . So as to solve the problems of poor ones .Attech coaches on heavy routes .Solve problems ot people who pay full but travel beside toilet & sleeps on passages in the coach.Railway dept.always wants borrow more money. For that if you increase10-20Paise /km for all over India trains.Cr.s ₹can be earned .But give sufficient Seats first .People never mind it.Don't try to make premium railway for Premium peoples only.One ladies(GS)+5 common(GS)coaches must be for every train .Let People feel HAMARI RAILWAY/HAMARI SARKAR.This is an primary stape.The discussion is bubbles in heavens. This will never change till minds of currupt BABUS change.As they only controllers of SARKAR. more

I agree with all of them. But dumping of solid and liquid waste should happen in some other better way. Dumping it the way suggested by him will make the tracks very dirty and provide unhygienic workplace for the linemen as well. more  
Solid Human Waste is called as Feces more  
Yes A very good suggestion.!! We need to reinvent our toilets more
