I am scared of entering the bank becoz the staff is insolent.At the time of opening the account they came to my residence and insisted that their service would be cordial . But not so now. I had accounts in ICCI BANK AND ALSO INDUS IND BANK. They also deducted money from my account for services not availed. I closed the accounts. more

I just did a Google search at that time (several years ago) and do not have the IDs now. I think it was something like Aditya.puri@ hdfcbank.com. If you do a Google search or look at the ID of anyone from the bank, you can easily figure it out more

I purchase Mother Dairy Butter oil last month but when open & put on container but I See some Water Contains complaint online mother dairy customer care complaint no. 151628 dt. 15.02.2015 , no one contact & also I will reminder 4-5 time but no action , suggest some one what can I do. more

I agree with all the comments made by others. You should have raised the issue with higher authorities in the bank hierarchy. We always think that it won't have any impact, I am just one among the millions of customers,this thinking is letting them a free hand and doing whatever they want. We need to be more vocal about the wrong doings of anyone be it companies or individuals. It always make a difference when you raise the issue. I never keep mum for any wrong doing. Even if you have closed your accounts, write to them why you were forced to close the accounts. more
