My experience with LG is also not encouraging. More than 1 year or so I struggled hard to put my Split ac back to service with huge cost,lots of mental torture. Company went on taking trials and replacing components. 2 to 3 times unit was taken to service center and was certified working OK , a totally wrong and misleading action.I wrote number of mails and talked to LG representative n number of times to get this small issue resolved, a really extremely poor after sales service support ,totally casual approach,where customer is taken for granted. I do have 3 (Three) split ac and 1 refrigerator of LG make!!!!! To get this small job done it really became a project for me. more

There seems to be a similar pattern with service providers My experience with Compton greaves is no different I purchased two geysers on same day from Delhi while one of them is working well other needed repairs and replacement 3 times in a year My request for replacement has been rudely turned down by a lower level staff and higher level thought it below their dignity to talk to harassed customer. more

My experience with LG is also souring. I had purchased an LG TV and there was some colour issues in the picture tube when it reached home. They did not change it. I still use it with the colour problem. LG service is really bad.... may be quality too...... more
