A news story that has incredible: the main cause of cancer was officially discovered decades ago by a scientist nobel prize in Physiology or medicine in 1931.

And since then nothing has been done on the basis of this achievement, if we do not continue to collect worldwide money for research, through organizations such as the Italian AIRC.

Important:

Once the digestive process, foods, depending on the quality of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals, they provide and create a condition of acidity or alkalinity in the body. In other words ... it all depends solely on what you eat.

The result is alkalizing or acidifying measured with a scale called PH, whose values range from 0 to 14, the value 7 is a neutral pH.

It is important to know how acidic and alkaline foods affect health, since cells..to work properly should be of a slightly alkaline ph (just above the 7).

In a healthy person, blood pH is between 7.4 and 7.45.

If the pH of the blood of a person less than 7, goes into a coma.

Foods that acidify the body:

Refined sugar and its by-products. (Is the worst of all: doesn't have protein, fat-free, without vitamins or minerals, only refined carbohydrates that crush the pancreas). Its pH is 2.1 (very acidic)
Meat. (All types)
Animal products (milk and cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.)
The refined salt.
Refined flour and all its derivatives. (Pasta, cakes, cookies, etc)
Bread. (Most contain saturated fats, margarine, salt, sugar and preservatives)
Margarine.
Caffeine. (Coffee, black tea, chocolate)
Alcohol.
Tobacco. (Cigarettes)
Antibiotics and medicine in General.
Any cooked food. (cooking removes oxygen by increasing the acidity of foods ")
All processed foods, canned, containing preservatives, colorings, flavorings, stabilizers, etc.
The blood ' is constantly adjusts to not fall in metabolic acidosis ensure the proper functioning and optimize cellular metabolism. The body must get food mineral bases to neutralize the acidity of the blood in the metabolism, but all foods already cited (mostly refined) acidify the blood and foul the body.

The ideal is to have a supply of approximately 60% alkaline rather than acidic, and, of course, avoid most acidic products such as soft drinks, refined sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Do not overuse of salt or avoid it as much as possible.

For those who are sick, the ideal is that power is approximately 80% alkaline, eliminating all harmful products.

And chemotherapy?
