If we have regard for the Lt.Governor's capabilities and credibility , then we must also have trust in him. We are sure that he will not any decions of such magnitutde without considering all factors. I personally feel that he is not man who will take decisions due to pressure from above but he will consider all factors. Basically this decision has been taken by the previous Government by not providing in the Delhi budget. The new government will be under unnecessary pressure to take unpopular decisions and if they are wrapped up in such controversies due to Kejriwal's populist measure, how will they focus on the future. So its better if such decions are taken now before the new Government comes in more
