Purslane contains omega-3 fatty acids,alpha-linolenic acid & dietary fiber. Including it in diet can help prevent development of cardiovascular disease.

Olive leaves contain Polyphenols. Consuming them regularly can help regulate blood pressure & maintain proper heartbeat-keeping the heart healthy.

Eating Pineapple can be beneficial for the heart as it is low in cholesterol & contains Bromelain enzyme that can help prevent formation of blood clots. more
