Suppose you are staying in America or even for that matter say Mumbai and have been summoned by some district court to appear in a case. You come to appear in the court and find that the judge is on leave or in a seminar. The next date is given.
Is it not unnecessary taxing you and spending valueable time and money besides harassment and torture.
The next date could be six months later. So what is the option you have got other than bearing the trauma of the judicial system.
There need to be some system to address such concerns. What members would like to suggest. I would request 'AAP' to look into such concerns on having thumping majority next election. more

Anybody may come corruption will go only if there is a will to remove it and the first requirement is a Citizen's charter of time bound deliveries, declaration of procedures for services delivery and finally to be vigilante of black sheep in the system. open and transparent system of putting every thing in the public domain on the net to advertise and invite comments, listening to opposition point of view more

I don't subscribe to Mr Gupta's view that only when Kejriwal could come corruption would be removed. Mr Kejriwal is not a super human or a saint politician who would set examples that others would follow. He had the opportunity but with his inflated ambitions he gave up the opportunity. During his 49 days rule corruption at the lower level did come down out of fear/open threat. It surfaced again or it would have surfaced again even if Mr Kejriwal was there as CM. There is lot of difference between his preaching and practice. more

even judiciary is not fair in things, they give contracts on high prices and useless things are purchased, money is wasted in abundance and lots of things.... money is wasted and distributed among themselves in many schemes. . . you tell them to do something and they will do whatever they want. . . let the kejriwal come in and only then some corruption can be removed. more
