Thanks to our Judiciary , criminals dont get punished till eternity, so Ghotallas go on uninterrupted, everyone closes their eyes to the prevailing system, and follows it, even if they are getting squashed. whether code or not, there does exist an unwritten code of practice by judiciary, police, Govt. that goes all-out to protect the corrupt who have attained undue riches and influence. Punishment, if any, is generally to the common man who is neither rich nor influential and continues his or her woes that multiplies on account of implementing the laws of the land. more

gandhian election system is small constituency say 10 in each corporation ward of 5000 citizens to elect 7 persons 2 full time and 5 part time and these elected persons only to elect for state assemblies and parliament three tier system and then ivth tier is for global parliament for all nations. if u agree share the same with all parliamentarians, media, judiciary, for scrapping the elections and follow the same otherwise wait for 80 crore NOTA.
