I would like to share my very bad experience with Micromax. I bought a smartphone Micromax A240 Doodle 2 in January 2014. There is problem with the ON switch. It works for sometime then it just does not switch ON. Every time this has happened I have been asked to go to their service center. They repair it and it konks off again. Have written to their head office. So far no positive action taken. This has already happened six times. So, would like to caution local circle members not to buy Micromax products. more

One must avoid companies like Micromax. This is the issue with Indian Companies. They don't have processes and high standards of service and take customers for ride. more

Thats the reason micromax loose market value,faith etc.One of my friend also facing problem last 6 months his micromax touch screen not working properly,really very bad impression of micromax to the people. more

As Mr. Virmani had posted earlier, the after sales service of Micromax is terrible! You may refer to Mr. Virmani's blog also in which he has tried to caution consumers about it. more
