Why Tele companies are charging 28 days billing cycle , which makes 13 months for a year !! Why our salary is not considered for 13 months for a year. Supreme court is just kept mum in this silent theft of general public money by Tele companies.

it is a known fact as telecom companies having prepaid plan for 28days and no one has 30 days plan. more

The billing cycle is always on month basis. The bill date, the billing cycle always remain the same. There could be tariff plan which could be on the basis of days or week or so on. Even the eelectricity bill also follows the same pattern and any calculation on consumption is done on prorata basis. It means lets assume 100 units per 30 days is at some price and the bill might have been generated on 64 days consumption basis, the bill shall be calculated as ....Rs. /30 x 64 days basis. I would request author to post here a copy of the bill for better understanding. more

You might also remember my problems with Airtel. I took it up to nodal office, appellate and CEO also. And put complaint online on Jago Grahak Jago. But nothing came out of it. There is no customer care in India .... Only customer pay ! more

Apologies, don't know how to upload on reply section. So copying the message. I made the payment for our 4 connections (we're a joint family) on the 10th of Aug and now the next payment due is on the 9th. Last month I had to go out of town, so paid one day earlier. Promptly they reduced the cycle by one day !

the charging should not be time based. pulse rate should be standardised. even charging instruments should be only of few standard type. more
