This is regarding PF transfer. the cheque has been sent to PF office but its taking too long to reflect in my new PF account. i raised a grievance with PF site. following is the response: The cheque dated 23.03.2017 realized on 16.04.2017 but the e-challans not received from Head Office for reconciling the amount. The same has already informed to Head office. On receipt of the same the amount will be reconciled and will be credited to your present PF account with interest. It is requested to kindly wait. although it si been quite long still i can not see any progress. what step to be taken. Kindly help.

I faced same issue and it took almost 6 months to transfer. So i suggest to file a complain in http://epfigms.gov.in/ and send a mail to cpfc@epfindia.gov.in with copy to both the previous and current PF office. more

You can again log a grievance giving ref number of the previous grievance. Or better still, goto EPF India's FB page. There's an option to chat/send message. Use that. They are very active in replying there.. more
