But to do normal work also they want you to come through agents by paying bribe through agents. They don't guide you correctly forcing you to go to agents. This should be stopped by making all procedures transparent and posting on the net so that every one can see. Facility should be available to ask for clarifications on the net and head of the department should be held responsible to clarifications/details/reply on the net. more

One only give bribe to take undue favors why we want undue favours. if we stop taking undue favours we need not to give bribe follow procedures take matter to higher authorities more

We should not give speed money (bribe) to sped up our work. Let it take its normal time. There should be a grievance redressal cell in each department to approach if it is taking longer than usual. This cell should be manned by honest and helpful officials - there are always honest and helpful officials in every department and they are known to everybody in the department and people coming there - such people should be appointed in these cells. To start with this can be implemented in departments directly dealing with large number of public and later extended to all other departments more

I hope that from this new year AAP Govt. will root out corruption rom every sphere of activity. For reporting corruption, easy mechanism should be provided, like an email to some authority, or an anonymous written complaint dropped in complaint box (installed at all departments and public places) should be enough to find out the culprit. Because, the corrupt departments are known to every body, so it is easy to watch the particular employee against whom complaint is made. Even smallest complaint should be investigated, but care should be taken not to harass innocent people. more
