How disgraceful it is for the Indian Judiciary that a Sitting Justice of a High Court is absconding ( when is this word used in the legal language, when a person who is supposed to appear before a Court of Law after being summoned, is or goes untraceable) as is the Case of Justice Kannan. This is absolutely shameful on the Part of Justice Kannan to behave like a common criminal, instead of upholding the presitege of the Office he holds till he reitres he is gone missing and avoiding the contempt ordres. SHAMEFULL Earlier I felt sorry for Justice Kannan but now I feel ..................................... more

I quote from a Ruling of the Apex Court in Apex Court in the case of Zahira Habibullah Sheikh (5) and Anr. v. State of Gujarat and Ors. reported in 2006 (3) SCC 374 ""The complex pattern of life which is never static requires a fresher outlook and a timely and vigorous moulding of old precepts to some new conditions, ideas and ideals. If the court acts contrary to the role it is expected to play, it will be destruction of the fundamental edifice on which the justice delivery system stands. People for whose benefit the courts exist shall start doubting the efficacy of the system. Justice must be rooted in confidence; and confidence is destroyed when right-minded people go away thinking:`The Judge was biased.' (Per Lord Denning, M.R. in Metropolitan Properties Co. Ltd. v. Lannon, All ER p. 310 A.) The perception may be wrong about the Judge's bias, but the Judge concerned must be careful to see that no such impression gains ground. Judges like Caesar's wife should be above suspicion (Per Bowen, L.J. in Leeson v. General Council of Medical Education.). It was significantly said that law, to be just and fair has to be seen devoid of flaw. It has to keep the promise to justice and it cannot stay petrified and sit nonchalantly. The law should not be seen to sit by limply, while those who defy it go free and those who seek its protection lose hope (see Jennison v. Baker). Increasingly, people are believing as observed by Salmon quoted by Diogenes Laertius in Lives of the Philosophers, Laws are like spiders' webs: if some light or powerless thing falls into them, it is caught, but a bigger one can break through and get away Jonathan Swift, in his Essay on the Faculties of the Mind said in similar lines: Laws are like cobwebs, which may catch small flies, but let wasps and hornets break through. Right from the inception of the judicial system it has been accepted that discovery, vindication and establishment of truth are the main purposes underlying the existence of the courts of justice. The operative principles for a fair trial permeate the common law in both civil and criminal contexts. Application of these principles involves a delicate judicial balancing of competing interests in a criminal trial: the interests of the accused and the public and to a great extent that of the victim have to be weighed not losing sight of the public interest involved in the prosecution of persons who commit offences." I ask if a common man were to avoid the summons and abscond the Police would be like Hounds to track and trace the person arrest him and produce him before the court" why is the same not being done in the case of Justice Kannan, simply because the Honorable Supreme Court's Orders are not being obyed by those who can enforce them. The very words of the refrence made by the Apex Court in the above judgment " a Fly will get caught in a spiders web , but a Wasp will get away" more

I ask all the members in this circle "A sitting Justice of a High Court ignores the Orders of the Supreme Court and absconds and does not obey the orders of the Supreme Court " WHAT IS THE MESSAGE IN THE ACTIONS OF A HIGH COURT JUSTICE SENDING TO ALL THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY BY IGNORING THE ORDERS OF THE SUPREME COURT AND ABSCONDING" WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THESE ACTIONS AND IMPRESSIONS ON PEOPLE WITH A CRIMINAL BENT OF MIND" One Word " DISASTROUS" more

Now since Justice Kannan is missing and does not want to be found to face the contempt charges, the allegations made by him against all the others Judges about corruption can be assumed to be a part of his imagination and he did this on purpose to get into the lime light and become a celebrity by making false allegations against the others judges and not standing by his allegations, and also stating that being a DALIT he is being TARGETED was actually a well planned play to become famous and nothing else........ but ony carried out with a single intention to disgrace the Indian JUDICIARY more
