i worked in an organization for 10years and then I switched job. In the new company The transfer claim is settled but my pension fund contributions have not been transferred to my new PF account. Neither I am able to see now how much Pension funds I lost in the transfer claim. I am not able to understand how this exactly works. more

Now since EPF organisation activities are on line & every member has been provided with UID (Unique Identification no,) no. with pass word, you can always visit their website & see the status of your account. Hopefully you would be satisfied with their. more

Before going for legal action, sending email, will not help you all, all you have to do is online petition to the Right to Information Act, where you will have to give your details as expected by them, the concern Public Information Officer (PIO), will get in touch with you within 30 days and will resolve your problems. more

all who have not got PF money from previous employer should send email to relevant appointment and keep a copy of the same. The email is also considered a legal evidence. Then speak to this appointment and record the conversation on your mobile. If no response then contact them again and confront them with legal action. more

Is their any person who is having experience of PF and FPF. We can take his help and file a petition for bringing in a law to make this as responsibility of PF authority. After all we give funds for managing it in a proper way. Instead we loose it. It can be termed as cheating and if we can bring it under the " Cheating" category we can file a case under criminal procedure on PF authorities. Probably then Govt may wake up. I am one of those like you who has lost FPF tracking and not able to get it through. more
