As you mentioned symptoms, it is a PITTAJ VYADHI & for it first VIRECHAN KARM( A process of Panchkarma) is the best along with following medicines- GANDHAK RASAYAN BATI 2-2-2, KHADIRARIST 40 ML (twice daily after meal) & local use of this lepa(pest) - DASANG LEPA+ honey +curd. To clean the area " NEEM " bark decoctio is best as suggested by Sh . K Ramchandran Pillai ji.

DrArora!Thanks sir,I will present case of my wife who got one stent inserted in one artery on 5th June 2014.After one month she started getting dry cough ending with loud sound quite oppressive most probably due to the side effects of allopathic medicines.This is continuing present days also. She is normal otherwise except the dry cogh problem.May I request you to suggest suitable Ayurvedic medicines or panch karma to help her.Thanks more
