The important issue is quality.quantity and Price.There is no one to check all the above on board.The prices are over charged and they dont carry price list or not give bills for the food served.The food is awful sometimes and quantity very small.There is no fear in the mind of the contractor even compalints are made. The railways should publish every month the complaint details and the action taken by the railways so that the public is aware of the action by the Railways and also on which contractor and in which train. more
