I bought Honda Civic from Mahindra First Choice MG Road Gurgaon while selling i was given in writing that car is accident free i was shocked when Honda Motors informed me that car is not accident free. I took matter at all level right upto Anand Mahindra Chairman Mahindra & Mahindra but they refused to refund money but they accepted their fault. I took matter to consumer forum sheik Sarai new delhi but here also my lawyer is fooling me it is more than 22 years. Please tell all your friends and family not trust Mahindra First Choice and also group please spread so that they don't cheat more

Dear Satish Please lodge a complaint against the advocate to the Bar council. Keep posting such comments on the face book, tweeter and forums available to teach these companies a lesson that the customers are not fools. Our judicial system needs to be swift to take cognizance of such offences. more

I would like to know the decision of the consumer forum - has the case been settled after 22 years? Further, I would suggest filing a case of misleading by the lawyer. more

no legal procedure is free today. even when u fight yourself you have to invest time and travelling charges and then expenditure for papers etc (may not be major though) .... but nothing is free. .... at the same time you have to fight too. so be wary of the troubles and go for fight then.... chances of relief are good but in such technical matter you may have to spend on your case to prove that the car was damaged before purchase and it was actually promised in return that the car is accident free. both things may required expert evidence and that will cost something. prepare well when you plan to move. good wishes. if required you can get your final documents checked at our office at 61, Paschim Vihar Extn., New Delhi - 110063 more
