1. Why the company should be allowed to charge Rs. 10/- for sending bill by email?

The Delhi Govt. needs applaud of discounts of Rs. 25/- per bill for receiving bill by email and that is the ethical business practices as the company has to incur expenditure towards printing the bill and then handing over at the customer's bill and hence there is a saving on the cost to the company. The levy of Rs. 10/- per bill for getting the email bill is the illogical decision and need to be withdrawn.
4. Recently there has been news that the bill for electricity were delivered on 28th June with 29th being last date of payment. Is it that the unethical pressure of subscribing to email bills to charge unfair amount of Rs. 10/- per bill.
