I have recently been diagonised with early arthritis. Am doing regular exercises as suggested by the physiotherapist .. But inspite of that my knees make cracking sound on movement. I have recently resumed walking wearing knee caps as protection. But still the knees make the " kut kut " sound. Can't find a good straight orthopedist doctor in noida who can advice me as to the future course of action. Thanks more

Dear Dr Misra , I am sorry if I used wrong words but I have had a terrible experience where I had o shell out a couple of thousand K for an injection for the knee when I actually did not need it ( as per the other opinions ). This was in a very initial stage when there was hardly any pain , it was only the kut kut sound , which is still there. more
