I find that the so called energy foods and healthy foods are very costly and beyond the reach of common men. The shelf life of product is also suspect. There is no quality control and testing before marketing. We have good nutritious grains in India, which we are not using and import items such as Oats, almonds etc from abroad. This results in escalation of cost. It is better if oil cooking and frying is avoided to the best extent. I am informed that food stuffs are prepared abroad in such a way that a simple cooking through microwave makes the food edible for consumption. Finally one should not try to manufacture too many items to start with. They are to market one or two items and gain market name and appreciation and go for expansion after that. more
