I have my company on 16th Jan 2017 can i withdraw my pf or do i need to wait. Also i have worked there 13 years so how much amount i will get it. Kindly give me the resolution.

you can not withdraw pf before 60 days, so wait please till 16 mar 2017 more

YOU CAN WITHDRAW 100% PF ON FORM NO 19 AFTER 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF LEAVING THE SERVICE. IN CASE YOU ARE WORKING ANYWHERE, YOU SHOULD ASK FOR THE TRANSFER. FPS CONTRIBUTION CAN NOT BE WITHDRAWN BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS MORE THAN 10 YEARS. YOU CAN TAKE SCHEME CERTIFICATE BY FILING FORM 10C WHICH IS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PENSION ON ATTAINING THE AGE OF 58 YEARS ALONGWITH FORM 10D. more
