I was using the axis bank signature credit card (4111460001130529) happily more than almost 7 years.
Possibly on my credential of using this card, received a telephonic request from your efficient
marketing team to upgrade my signature credit card to a privilege card and took my consent telephonic ally. But during this telephonic conversation ,I categorically mentioned the span of delivery period because of my non availability in my home address. This is because of bitter experience with BlueDart, the authorised courier vendor of you.
But all precautions have gone in vain, the courier person attempted to deliver the credit card in my
absence, what I mentioned earlier and returned back without delivering the said card.

Hence problem started¦
 Started sending the bill of undelivered card.

 On conversation on this issue, the old signature card(4111460001130529) was blocked without any
intimation and to put me in more trouble. The said signature card was used by me till 4th April 2016
and it was blocked after that.

Statement generated date of my card is 18th of the Month , So I cleared all bills of this signature
card used by me (till 4th April 2016) for the month of April 2016 and additionally for the month of
May 2016 (statement generated on 18th May 1016). It is supposed to generate all the pending bills (till
I used upto 4th April 2016) on 18th of April 2016. Still I checked the bill generated on 18th of May
2016 also, I did not find any pending bill because of use of the signature card. All the bills were
generated/demanded there because of non delivered card.

 Repeated telephonic conversation, emails will not solve this issue completely.

 Recovery agent was sent to my house and claiming huge amount in my absence. It is a humiliation, destruction of social prestige and increase my agony in this action. Which refrain me see/check the next credit card fake bills.

 On conversation with nodal officer (Ms Bhagyasree) on July 2016, I came to know that one bill (use date 12th Feb 2016 ) was pending of my signature card. This bill is of 12th Feb 2016, which was being generated on 18th June 2016. I do not understand any good reason of generating the statement on 18th of June 2016 which was used on 12 the February 2016. I also paid the said amount immediately on 28th July 2016 .

 It is very unfortunate that I am unable to know the reason of

(i) why my signature card was blocked?
(ii) Why bill of undelivered card was generated and demanded?

(iii) Why the bill of 12th Feb 2016 was generated in the 18th June 2016 statement ?
(iv) Why recovery agents were sent to my house? more

Contact Consumer Helpline to solve your problem. For consumer helpline, go to the official helpline of the Department of Consumer Affairs in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution. They may solve your problem. You may have to file a complaint against the official cariers, Blue Dart. Before that, give a notice to them of the negligence in service. Make the Axis Bank party to the case pointing out the lapses on their part - for not making a record of the telephonic instructions by the person of the efficient marketing team, to be passed on to the person for processing your instructions. In the meantime, evaluate your financial losses and the mental torture that you have had to go through for making the necessary claims. more  
The bank's website would have a online Grievance service which you could use. Otherwise best to approach the local Banking Ombudsman. Better try to solve the problem through the bank itself first by a personal visit. L.Kalavathi Retd. Bank Official Chennai/Tamilnadu/India more  
If all these efforts the Bank is not responding to redress your grievances - pl approach to RBI by written complaint. So also you can complaint to Consumer forum and seek compensation too. more  
My experiences with Banking Ombudsman had always been very responsive. There were prompt responses with Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, State Bank of India, United Bank of India, ICICI Bank etc.. At many times, though there were no direct reply to me, but the branch manager communicated to me personally and even dropped at my house door and solved every problems. Once Central Bank of India, Branch Manager was not released on transfer promotion till he did not solved the complained problems. For ICICI Bank Credit Card, there were frauds, it was also solved by reversing the credits. Only things are that customer should be specific with knowledge of banking rules and should have patience till he gets the solution. more  
Banking Ombudsman is just an ornamental organization. They all support the respective bank. I had approached Ombudsman several time, a stereo type of response. You can try, and let us know your experience. more
