I have bought a flat and also paid maintenance charges for two years but still no complaint are attended like bathroom is always water logged etc. Plz guide what should I do? more

If maintainance is still under builder then he should normally do it. If it is handed over to society then it becomes your personal expenses and society will not do. This is the practice normally and you should check your maintainance agreement for any specifics. more

Under existing rues[till may]the builder forms an association and collects maintence amount for two years with post dated cheque/it is his duty.Hence all maintenace is to be done by him/at cost-with his work men.He asks to elect block /flat society members just to discuss and in the process to hand over the maintence/built/and other records /and bank details. more

Leave your bath room pipe in the society''s main compound & let all water go there Then they will realise & say that I am going to do that with help of your solicitors. Sometimes acts of protests do work........give sufficient notice to society. more

Are you paying maintenance to a Society? Or any other legal entity? Easiest way is to file a complaint with that entity. They are supposed to attend your complaints because they are receiving maintenance charges from you regularly. more
