"தண்ணீர் விட்டோம் வளர்த்தோம் சர்வேசா.! இப்பயிரைக் கண்ணீரால் காத்தோம், கருகத் திருவுளமோ..?" என்று கண்ணீர் விட்டு இறைவனிடம் கெஞ்சும் நிலையில் இன்று தமிழக மக்கள்..!
மக்களாகிய நமக்காக வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று நாம் தேர்வு செய்த நம் 'பிரதிநிதிகள்', எங்கோ ஒரு ரிசார்ட்டில் சென்று தங்கிக் கொண்டு, "இங்குதான் நல்ல சாப்பாடு கிடைக்கிறது.. நல்ல காற்று, நல்ல வசதிகள், நல்ல ஸ்விம்மிங் பூல் எல்லாம் இருக்கிறது!" என்று எந்தவிதமான கூச்சமுமே இல்லாமல் பேசுகிறார்கள்..!
அவர்களின் பாதுகாப்புக்கு 'குண்டர்கள்'! அந்த குண்டர்களின் பாதுகாப்பிற்கு போலீஸ்! உருப்படுமா இந்த மாநிலம்..?
வழக்கு தொடுத்தால், உயர்நீதிமன்றம், 'தமிழ்நாடு அரசு' இதை இதை செய்து எங்களூக்கு ரிப்போர்ட் தர வேண்டும் என்கிறதே? அரசு என்றால் இப்போது யார்? ஓபிஎஸ்ஸா? இல்லை, சென்னையை விட்டு வெகு தூரம் தள்ளி எங்கோ இருக்கும் மற்ற அமைச்சர்களா? 'அரசு' எங்கே இருக்கிறது? கவர்னரா? கவர்னர் ஆட்சி என்றாலாவது அதை சொல்லலாம்! இதை 'காபந்து அரசு' என்றும் சொல்ல முடியாது.. ஏனென்றால் அவர்களுக்கே 'காபந்து' இல்லை..!
'இந்தியா, ஜனநாயகத்துக்கு இன்னும் தயாராகவில்லை..' என்று பிரிட்டாஷார் 70 வருடங்களுக்கு முன் சொன்னது, இன்னும் உண்மையாகவே இருப்பது நம் மனதை மிக மிக வேதனைப் படுத்துகிறது..!
தமிழகத்தில் இரண்டு இடங்களில், பட்டப்பகலில் எந்த வித அச்சமும் இன்றி, இரண்டு பேரை 'திருப்பாச்சி' அருவாள்களினால் வெட்டிக் கொல்கிறார்கள்! மக்களைக் காக்க வேண்டிய போலீஸோ, கூவத்தூரில் குண்டர்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பாய்..!
இப்போது தமிழக மக்களின் மன நிலை இதுதான்:
'மத்திய அரசே..! எங்களால் தாங்க முடியவில்லை..! போதும் இந்த அவலம்..! உடனே தமிழக அரசாங்கத்தை suspensionனில் வைத்து, கவர்னர் ஆட்சியை அமல்படுத்துங்கள்! எங்கள் மாநிலத்திற்கு வளர்ச்சி, திட்டம் என்று எந்த ஒரு புண்ணாக்கும் வேண்டாம்! ஏதோ எங்களால் நிம்மதியாய் வாழ முடிந்தால் அதுவே போதும்! 'மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள்' ஒரு மூன்று மாதம் கூவத்தூரில் நன்றாய் எஞ்சாய் செய்து விட்டு, பிறகாவது தங்கள் தொகுதி சென்று, அப்போதாவது யோசித்து, பின் ஒரு முடிவுக்கு வரட்டும்.... இல்லை எக்கேடோ போகட்டும்..!'

Karur Sir comment is 1000% correct central Govt. should take action against LUXURY LIVING MLAs they had spent more money at RESORT! but yesterday PM Speech said all people should deposit your money to the Bank, how it is possible deposit Rate of Interest slashed and Income tax ceiling not Increased!!!! Govt.of India seems to be soft pedalling all the matters pertaining Tamilnadu. No issues have been seriously looked in to and pursued with strong hand. The IT raid, ED raids and arrests have been left in half way and nothing pursued. People of TN have expected that the GOI would do big things to salvage the TN predicament. The decision of the Governor to allow the Edappadi to take the Govt., have disappointed majority of the TN people. The police effectiveness and their support to people has gone out of hope, the goondas have taken control of the TN and Police are silent spectators. the verdict of the court are not satisfactory to the Common people in large and postponement of cases have irked the minds of public. Neither State Govt., or Center have taken any interest in the TN issues and the State is like a mother and fatherless child. WE PRAY GOD TO SAVE TAMILNADU BY BRINGING IT UNDER PRESIDENT'S RULE. more

Our political system has not kept the option for disqualification of a corrupt polititian unless he or she is convicted to jail sentence exceeding two years. Edappadi though said to be involved in dubious acts has so far escaped such conviction. With the money power and muscle power of Sasikala and her henchmen,she will strong arm MLAs to be on her side and vote for her nominee. The MLA'svote has to be confidential .It should be taken after a half hour address in the assembly by the two contestants. The voting has to be supervised by an independant authority. Otherwise might will prevail. There is need to amend the representation of people act to disqualify politicians against whom a case is registered,instead of waiting for conviction. A bureucrat is stopped from promotion even if a case is registered.He gets elevated only on closure of the case and he is aquitted. more
