If they obtain he permission/Resolution subsequently w.e.f. the actual increased date, it may be regularized, subject to other compliances and approvals more

No they cannot. They have to make available the all the members the financials of the accounting year. Thereafter they have to justify any increase in expenses. Based on any short fall they can request for a increase in the subscription charges. Bottomline is the RWA is not a profit making setup. more

I am sorry .All the time the majority opinion is not always worthy for Association. Please remember you are living in multistory apartments. the first priority should be safety and security of every one living in the Apartments including watchman and other workers. Now a days the poor venders are targeted by the drug peddlers and use these men as their carriers to drug the young boys and girls. Vigilance is the price we have to pay for everything. Ms.Bharathi Kumar, the interests of the members is reflected in the interests of the Association. If the Association objects r constructive or beneficial to members, then the members also will be interested to continue n support financially too. If majority of its members construe the objectives or activities of the Association r unworthy, why will they support financially or even continue the existance of the association. They may even opt to wind up the Assn. if undesirable to continue, but with support of absolute majority only. more
