For the last few months I have been experiencing a burning sensation on my left inner cheek while eating even a mildly spicy food. My dentist on diagnosing told me that it is 'Lichen Planus' for which there is no cure except for strong steroids which he didn't recommend . Shall be grateful if some one can recommend a homeopathic or Ayurveda medicine for this problem. more

Dear Mukerji sahib, 1.Please gargle with Luke warm salted water as often as possible. 2. Use Patanjali Dant Kanti Tooth Powder for dental cleaning. Rub it with fingers on teeth and approachable parts of mouth. wait for at least 5 minutes, before washing mouth and gargling. If necessary you can use soft tooth brush for mild cleaning along with tooth powder cleaning. 3. Early morning take a spoonful of good quality termaric powder with warm water. This has natural steroids and is wonderful for overall health. Even cancer patients have been been cured with this. The powder should be from a reliable source. You can get it prepared yourself after buying good quality knots, washing, drying in sun and getting it ground. Amma Haldi (Termaric) a blackish variant is even more effective. Take some mango leaves (not the fresh one but matured green), cut them in small pieces and put them in two glasses of water and boil it is reduced to one glass. Let cool to tolerable limit and do the gargling. more
