नौयडा पुलिस की लापरवाही कहैं या मिलीभगत - क्यौंकि उद्योग मार्ग और हरोला रोड को एकतरफा वाहन मार्ग ( one way ) करने का फायदा सिर्फ , कार show room वालौं को मिल रहा है , क्यौंकि उनहौने आधी से ज्यादा रोड घेर रखी है , जिसमैं service और resale car की पार्किंग कर रखी हैै । उसी तरह हरोला रोड को रेङी पटरी और बांस बल्ली मार्किट वालौं ने घेर लिया है । ,DM साहब जब तक किसी अधिकारी को आप जिम्मेदार नही बनायंगे , ये सब होता रहेगा और नौयडा वासियौं को NCR मैं रहने के बावजूद भी यू पी मै रहने का दंड भुगतना पडेगा । Wrong side मै लोग इतना चलते हैं कि उनको किसी का डर ही नहीं । आखिर दिल्ली पुलिस से लोग डरते हैं और नौयडा मै आते ही , वही लोग पुलिस से निडर हो जाते हैं , क्या ये पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर सवाल नहीं खङा करता ? क्या पुलिस सिर्फ उघाई और *V V I P* सेवादारी पर ही ज्यादा व्यस्त रहती है ? नौयडा मै कोई भी कानून एक अभियान की तरह चलता है , अभियान खत्म , रूल खत्म । आखिर इसके लिये दोसी कौंन , प्रशासन या वो प्रशासनिक अधिकारी जो , बिना जिम्मेदारी निभाये , पूरी तनख्वाह ले रहे हैं ? अपनी जिम्मेदारी नही निभा कर , तनख्वाह लेना , क्या ये पाप की कमाई नहीं ?

I fully agree. Same happened for ban on polythene bags. When started, people followed it as people in authority monitored it & there was appreciable difference. However things have returned to their earlier state since checking/ monitoring has stopped from people in authority. more

One PCR should be deputed to check the violators on the two roads, taking continuous rounds alternately of the two roads from 8AM to 8PM, empowered to confiscate the DL of violators. The vehicles / assets of encroachers of the roads should be confiscated. In our country, we abide by rules and regulations only when DANDA is there to control the violators. We lack self discipline. more

I fully agree with the comments and add that police is very active rather super active. Just check the sector-2/3 crossing and search near and under the trees. You will find two or three police man keeping close watch on defaulting vehicle. They shall jump on such erring vehicle to just complete their job of warming their pockets. Contrary to above they shall never look in to unauthorized parking in the lane which is eating up the one way measure introduced by administration. Interestingly most of the unauthorized parking is by Trade Tax department who are using it for parking seized vehicles. I understand that administration is ware that unauthorized parking by government department does not fall in illegal activity.
