The printed comments of the UP DGP if correct as he spelled , it is strange in India . It is not the question of the Religion or caste , it is the issue of Civic sense as far as Police is concerned He should not have forgotten the Supreme Court finding that Marital Rape shall be severely treated . Otherwise , he will not cite a previous reference since sex Rape is such an inhuman crime if parted with those other than their Wives . more

Sri Muthu Kumar , we do not know that whether Gandhiji foreseen that Indian Women have to walk in Nights in India OR , cautioned future trend analizing the then circumstances . The whole Society has been changed to since last 20 years only if the statistics are taken out comparing that of 20 years back to 1995 . This information if taken from [ i ] Women Atrocities / unsafety [ ii ] Crimes in Finance [ iii ] and, the General Crime Rate , this will give a proper way to address since we already had on POLICING ; WOMEN IN MEDIA CHANNEL WITH OFF ADDS etc., ; CORRUPTION & BLACK MONEY ; HABITS OF CITIZEN . more
