I worked in a Ltd company in Calcutta about 12 years but due to non getting of salary etc I resigned from that company. My gratuity, 2 month's salary , leave salary are not paid by the company. Whenever I asked the MD for payment -- his answer is " when company will run - I will pay the whole.There is still some people working who is getting 1/2 salary.I resigned there 10 years back. Now my question is " Is there any legal proceeding can be take-- as I have resigned 10 years back ".

Pillai Sahab, ordinary man does not know the law and we the consumers are not up to that level of knowledge and the LAWS should Protect and not to kill him. LOOK AT TATAS and their kind heart. Laws should have SOUL that it should see the sufferings of others. more

When the companies or Businesses become sick at any cause , all this type become common . But , the employer normally do not opt and the concerned labour court will settle if the cases are more . Otherwise , the employer;s soft corner only will do fast . In case of his serious financial circumstances , please approach the labour court immediately to have a justified preferential address of payment . more
