Due to sickular mentality of certain people spread all over like an epidemic, certain privileged community members are allowed to go on rampage and create riots in WB, Bihar. Who can stop the loudspeakers, when people itself cannot be stopped from rioting? more
Meena Das Narayan , As you are already in the field of public and national interest field with Social enthusiasm and wealth , it will be easy to move the Supreme Court with the above three points and that of your Post contents submitting the details of the institution named in the point 4. This will be the fast and prompt access to succeed please . You are also aware , the public Associations , Societies , Institutions will not step ahead for any such selfless public interest issue please . more
thanks Mr Sarma.. can we take this to more people and make our voices heard and then contact concerned authorities more
1. Any where and by any and for any purpose , the Sound of Loud Speakers shall not be more than the restricted Sound . 2. Further , continuity for hours and or days is also to be restricted with an additional Section . 3. In deed , if the Loud Speakers are Banned in awakening and sleeping hours , the Children and the Patients will be safe . 4. I had seen many kids of 2 years to 7 years in Neuro Hospital suffering with too disturbed Mind and Brain . The Prashant Utage Neuro clinic and development Center will reveal the facts for necessary compulsory restrictions please . more
