Diet plays an important role to prevent cancer. Usually Indian diet is very balanced in comparison to western diet. We should take lot of vegetables , specially tomato, carrot,garlic and other leafy vegetables along with karela. Nonveg items specially meat should be avoided. Apart from that good life style with regular exercise ,yoga has an added advantage.Stress is to be minimized,Keep all in your family cheerful , it will help a lot. more

Besides diet our Habits, Eating Styles, Cleanliness & proper sleep are most important to prevent Cancer. If there is Cancer then the diet that you & others have mentioned play no role to prevent it. It also varies from person & person but it is always better to be cautious & get the tests done immediately if there is even the slightest doubt. more

Paneer is very good soyabean, fish, crabs oysters shrimps,chicken eggs are for non veg red meet,bacon ham sausages ...bad,dried fish salted bad. Paneer water whey is very good don't throw,make dal, make atta dough ,deals. Cook with ONLY pure oil, refined not for cooking only for pakoras etc. residue refined oil in Karhai to finished cooking veggies. Beetroot and promenagrate anaar are known to raise Haemoglobin, must be consumed. Haldi,ginger garlic, methiseeds, curry patta mint coriander Good for health, salt sugar bad sugar substitute very bad,Coka Cola ,Pepsi bad for health.
