FORMATION OF A REPRESENTING TEAM UNDER localcircles.com :
Sirs , in our discussions on some public interest oriented issues under I P C and Constitutional articles & clauses inevitably inspired some of our members the necessity and requirement to have a Team / Association to participate and represent for the needed Justice in all . I too expressed the need of such in support of the anticipated goal of good governance .
Kindly think and share for forming a “ CENTER FOR CIVIC PROVISIONS & GRIEVANCES OF LOCAL CIRCLES “ or , in any other name to form as a whole of the subscribers existing in this legal Circle formulating the Action Teams at Center and the different States to try and get all the requisite public provisions listed in our Constitution compulsorily along-with those restrictive clauses which are the prime & priority nature for not only eliminating the public unrest , but also address the benefits in the manner of Justice purposed in these clauses .
Sirs, in my opinion , this approach and formation will certainly take these circles to the prompt achievement of Justice to the people at least the anticipated year of 1950 carrying Skills , integrity , Nationalism , and , the patriotism . more

The Court permission for issuing a Death Certificate is definitely necessary since the time lapse is not a month or 2 that might be natural . Not only the Municipal authorities , the Court also demands to answer many questions to conclude the corners of negligence or even ignorance of law with a definite vigilance on the necessity of its present need . As you also best aware , the Certificate of Death has too-fold purposes if one requires in writing . more

In deed , there is the absolute necessity to Start a Circle for " Redress of Public Interest & Grievances " to formulate Bodies of Central and , the States in the first instance that could also deal in District levels .
