please advice what all can be done to clear the nuisance caused by keeping a german shepherd dog -
A. dog is kept at stairs or roof where it bark so loudly that peace of the house is disturbed, on roof water tanks are there & at stairs electricity meters are there.
b. feeding is done at roof and left over food , washing etc is done at roof and washing of dog & left over food is thrown at rain water shaft which has entry from my house, due to this reason foul smell and GANDAGI is always there at shaft,
c. dog is registered with MCD and MCD says it is not within their limits.
d. owner of the dog is an advocate.
please advice what can be done as President of the society is not taking any action, RCS is just asking the president the action taken by him against the complaint and president of the society is not replying.
