ISSUE – 3 : PUBLIC ESSENTIAL NECESSITIES : SUGGESTIONS REQUESTED.1. Article 46 envisages “ The State shall promote with special care , the Educational and Economic interests of the weaker Sections of the people and, in particular, of the Scheduled Casts and the Scheduled Tribes and shall protect them from social injustice and all forms of exploitation “ .
2. It thus specify that the special care in promotion of educational and economic interests of the Weaker Sections is to be taken by the State in the Country whereas all the governments neglected both educational & economic interests of Poor since after 1990 but, set visa arrangements to go abroad Western Countries like , Dubai etc., for UN-SKILLED AND SEMI SKILLED IN CONSTRUCTIONAL , DECORATORY & AGRICULTURAL FIELD , AND OTHER LABORIOUS JOBS AND , THE SKILLED IN WORKSHOP & ENGINEERING WORKS FOR THEIR ECONOMIC NEEDS OF LIVELY-HOOD. The Medical & Scientific Educated naturally hailed to America , U.K. etc., at their option. Fundamental article 19 , 21, and 23 on this is also ignored.

Though , with a specific mention , the educational and economic interests of the Scheduled Casts and the Scheduled Tribes in particular shall be protected by the governments , the same of the S.C.;S.T. , and their social injustice and this form of exploitation was not controlled and it is in deed injustice to them. Even those Scheduled area Maoists and naxalites have had been protesting in various anti national forms of threats etc., the governments even now , are not catering the need of the S.C., S.Ts., and their areas .
4. Education and Economy are the basic Essential necessities of every Citizen and even this also in-spite of specific constitutional directions, the governments totally failed in providing Education at least at the Fee payable by them . The governments’ s Statistics clearly and evidentially proved every decade , the paucity and illiteracy due to High and Heavy School Fee in the Private Schools sponsored and licenced by these governments .
Therefore , even now , there is absolute and Unique need of fulfilling the need of promotion under this Civic article at the interest of the Indian public striving and hence , I request your honour to kindly suggest and help implementation at the National Interest please . more

Even yesterday , the new A. P. police Seized TWO CRORES worth Red Sandal while on Robbery for Smuggling . This Robbery has been in continuance while as on the other hand the governments are inevitably spending the Public income collected through Taxation . Hence there the absolute need for prompt intervention by the learned leaders and also the Judiciary please . more

In this week also , 47 Forest produce [ Red Sandal ] Robbers / Smugglers / Employees / Paid Workers of Tamilnadu State were caught in new A. P. State . In an another raid , found 40 lakhs worth Red Sandal that was directed to Karnataka . Is this continuance is because of 1. NON APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 46 ? . 2. Non carry of the Government Benefits to SCHEDULED TRIBES & SCHEDULED CASTS ? . 3. The willfull loot of National Natural produces allowed at Political interest ? . 4. THE PARALLEL RULE OF THOSE ANTISOCIAL TEAMS IN ALL THE SCHEDULED AREAS OF THE INDIAN UNION ? None of these 4 questions are attended or addressed by the Indian Legislature ; Indian Executive ; AND , the Indian Judiciary except on the issue of Smuggler Veerappan . HOW MUCH MORE TIME THESE 3 CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES WANT FOR ARRESTING THESE SUCH Public loot and National Robbery setting aside the gratitude & adherence of the Constitution ?
