HIRA SRIVASTAVA

My agricultural land was occupied by UP Government in 1982 for constructing PAC headquarters and compensation is being given now.Can I claim the interest for the delayed period and at what rate? Please help me . more

Yes, one can ask for interest on delayed payment. You first approach the acquiring authority and after getting there reply/comment can file a case in court. more
