The only hammering Blow is the Writ Petition in HC praying for specific Directions to all these Governing Authorities - because knowing well they are duty bound to do that - intentionally and deliberately - these authorities avoid or neglect the same. In a given matter out of 70+ Bank account(Known), EOW had camouflaged less than /around 50% of the same, whereas 27+ different establishments TWO Limited companies and one LLC is not at all mentioned in the FIR. SEBI & RBI just forwarded the relevant complaint paper to EOW. The Local police had accused only 2/3 persons and 15+ others are Scot free for years together., till date. Govt. officials, Insurance Company personnel's, Bank officials are just enjoying at the cost of Investors, and the victims. CBI also registered couple o cases only related with Banking fraud with NO recovery. Out of Rs. 54 crorers case Recovery is Rs. 27,000/-. This is good example of our Governing bodies, except the PHOTOGRAPHS in the news paper. Hence the advise. more

Matter was reported to ROC, SEBI, DCA & Police But authorites kept on shifting the blame from one to other pointing police inaction. finally police declared the matter as closed saying the absconding directors as not traceable. Which is not true. more

file the complaint with ROC, if you are creditor of the company, you can suit with concerned High Court following procedure of Companies Act more
