Rajinder ji if Khattar can't handle the corrupt babus then he should tell Modi that it's beyond his control. Efficient & corruption free govt is the need of Haryana & it's proved its beyond the capacity of Khattar. Earlier a change is brought in Haryana the better since public in general is feeling disgusted with the administration. more

Nothing is change in haryana. Only face of cm & cabinet. For general public all things are as it is. I himself suffering from police. A person cheated my father in 2011, police logged f.i.r in August 2014. After that 6 others f.I.R logged against him but still he is free. No arrest till now, police help him to take bail from high court. Still high court not give him bail or no stay order on his arrest, but police nothing to do. I am totally fail to understand why police not taken any action against him. more

Being an open democracy, as well as being highly respectful of the LocalCircles may i say that locally born Haryanvis, possibly or perhaps, see themselves in a superior position, than the outsider ?They may not like the current changed scenario that is uniquely different from all the previous decades since Haryana was established as a well constituted State. The Centre having sprung forth a non-Jat as their Chief Minister may be unwelcome, among any turncoats or other diehard BJP members. Correctives to make the changes will take time under a "green-horn" as they see the new CM. My second query within our own LocalCircles poses the query, do the February 2016 events of civil disturbance that got stirred up, go to show the "outsider- CM" in a very bad light to the Residents, via the media in all of India and to the PM and the BJP President. The 2 CMs of the last era of 15 solid years, left a mess--on a/c of bad administration, corruption of all kinds at ALL levels, centralized rule from Panchkula (which continues) it will take some time for the new CM. IF he has inherited a Bureaucracy that is lazy, does the minimum, pushes the system to hire consultants and contractors with an utterly hopeless planning, what can we expect within 1 year from the CM, Sri Chander Dhanda ji ? What Chandigarh represents has never got imbibed within the institutional systems of any kind in Haryana State -- least in its administration and governance. Haryana needs a tough disciplinarian as its CM who gets the "busy-bodies" in their system WORK 8-hour days and be supervised on what gets done in a month or a year.
