Issue is not the salary and is not a labor issue. It is the harassment undergone in the company and finally retrenched to safeguard the culprits who are close to their bosses. It is a harassment case, for which justice is required. Whom should one approach in the government? Is it the PM or the respective minister. more

Consumer dispute or grievance is when one pays for a product or service and do not get it in terms of quantity quality or purity.Employment conditions do not come within the purview of CP Act. For example PF Matters, Pension and gratuity matters do not come under CP Act. Main test is whether one has paid for anything. Then only one becomes a consumer. If employer is not filly paying the salary of employer labour commr is the person to approach . Similarly PF there is a commissioner. more
