The RWA of our colony has got 8 speed breakers installed which are not only a nusiance but also damaging to the shockers of the car.As per Central Road Research Institute,it is illegal for RWA's to install speed breakers in a residential colony.

Dear Mr. Sham Lal Ji, I agree that people should drive the vehicle at the speed to 20-25 km/hr. However, I can show you the speed breakers which are constructed unauthorisedly in such a way that even you bring your vehicle dead stop and then start the vehicle at first gear, it gives you a very sharp jerk perhaps not fit for old age drivers and occupants. Any tom beacon and harry of affluent class construct the speed breaker in front of their house. There is a clear guidelines the points where the speed breakers can be constructed and that too with a specific design. However, I am equally surprised the sarcastic way of commenting. more
