Hi, upadhyay need need to be wory it is age factor. Go for regular walk. Take raw amla juice /amla in any form. Tablet PROSTEEZ (CHARAK pharmaceutical) daily morning and evening one. more

For shrinking Prostate take homeo Sabal Serrulata+Chimaphila Q mix 60%+30% 20 drops 3 times a day for 6 months check the prostate if necessary continue the same. My prostate which is enlarged to 29cc was shrinked to 18 cc after one year. Prostate eventhough shrinked after stopage of medicine after 3 or 4 months it may again enlarges. Now and then check and if necesssry repeat the same. Long term use also no problem. Take cantharis 30c for 15 days 3 doses per day give one week gap and repeat again for 15 days.
