Parameswara Rao Emani

A few companies like Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd are not paying the deposit money to the investors. I am one among them. The matter was brought to the notice of CLB and ROC long time back. No result despite reminders. What should be done in this matter? Please help me. more

Yes, take up the matter with SEBI. you will get a faster solution. more

In my experience, ROC is good for nothing. They never acted upon properly in different matters. more

raise the complaint with SEBI under Investor Grievance which includes your deposit receipt, amount and other details. more
