MMA Beg ji, you are absolutely right. Every organisation need to identity dedicated workers at grassroot level to get success. APP got success only due to dedicated volunteers who visited every voter and every house. But now most of the volunteers have been ignored by elected or defeated MLA candidates by their pride and .all India/world saw the result. Now elected MLA feel the volunteer their personal slave or fool to be used and throw them away instead of respecting/calling them any more. more

Mr Bhagat has raised very valid point which needs to be addressed urgently. AAP should have some yardstick to identify the committed worker. If a party does not identify and value its worker at grass root level, it can't be success. lack of workers at grass root level has been one of the reasons for downfall of Congress Party more

Ashok Sehgal ji, it is best to have an organised organisation. But we (AAP) have forgotten hardcore (selfless and dedicated) volunteers who never sought/asked for the ticket/status and came on the stage but sacrificed valuable time, hard work done by visiting door to door and money(body, mind and money). Now AAP is surrounded by selfish, greedy (chatuk kar/chaplush) which is very dangerous for its existence. Due to which most of the dedicated volunteers have sat at home But now many greedy persons have joined BJP as they felt that AAP is going downwards. Most of the greedy persons are in want of status so that they can get some thing in future. Therefore, to examine them, I suggested that put these persons on field job under any other person and test their reliability/dedication towards the nation. Thereafter give them any responsibility otherwise they can become Mr Binni at at any point of hard circumstances/compromising situations. I feel a man in need is a man indeed. This methodology was adopted by Mr Devi Lal, Ex Dy PM of India while allotting tickets. He gave tickets to the persons who were with him in hard days who never give up Mr Devi lal in any difficult situation till now. That is why Mr Omprakash Chautala is still alive and win even while in jail. Therefore, give responsibility to those who were with AAP before 04.12.2013 and keep aside the persons who joined AAP on or after 04.12.2013 or 08.12.2013 because the later may be opportunist. Volunteers of AAP upto 04.12.2013 were real/dedicated soldiers of AAP who sacrificed their everything and opportunist tried to snatch the bread of these hard-worker/poor/beggar. If this is not possible, then AAP will not grow in the similar way. Everyone who is sitting in the closed room, can not feel the pain of volunteers at field or he/she/they have not to answerable to the voters whenever they are in need. Mr sehgal has given very good advice. Most of us support AAP because it is different party. A party which started fighting corrupt system. The party took up a parliament elections without requisite organization. Some of the selected contestants in parliament had not an iota of faith in AAP principles. We were surprised to see those names as contestants. How it happened? Simply it was an organizational failure. Now we have time to build the organization and systems and procedure.
