Dear Mr. Deepak Jain, I think it is a non issue. First of all, our constitutional framework gives the right to vote to everyone above 18 yrs. The same constitution gives the right to the Prime Minister to appoint its council of ministers! If the council of ministers does not perform, the voters will throw it out next time. As a democracy, we have our freedom of speech and right to protest. So, we may do that. But, it is a non issue for me. Only the decisions of Smriti Irani or anyone else, we should register the protest if we the same are not for public good. more

It is wonderful how one can hide behind the law and saying constitutionally not guilty. Without a single feeling of shame, people still try to defend the corrupt. This is where people are making this nation suffer. Change of brand, change of face but India is still in hands of corrupt. more

SK Virmani Ji my aim is not to heart you but what you are trying to expose can not be implemented without an amendment in constitutional provisions and No party will like to do so because of indl own interests of the parties. Still your opinion is valid ceratinly but as of now can not have impact. more

Yes, I have agreed to that. But no one responding to ethical and moral ground. Then it is better that let those people who are favorite for Ministerial post should not contest the election. In any case you will become Minister. At least it will not deceive the electorate. In the end of the discussion I agree and state that it is 100% constitutionally right but at the same time it is zero percent on ethical and moral ground. more
